Outcome property matching

Landlords can look for a buyer or tenant. Clients can look for a property that matches a written brief. There is no monthly fee and no seat fee. A listed result is charged only after it happens. If it does not, the charge is HK$0.

International atmosphere. Not a client project.

No monthly fee · Pay when it is done

Three things, up front

What has to be finished before there is a charge?

For a landlord: a qualified interested person is introduced, contact is confirmed, or a viewing is booked. For a client: a property that matches the brief is matched, a viewing is arranged, or the owner replies. Short of that, there is no charge.

How is “done” shown?

Before a charge, you see the definition and written confirmation from both sides. Without that writing, the result does not stand and that fee is not charged.

What if it does not happen?

Browsing, no reply, spam, a repeat introduction within 30 days, or a person going quiet before both sides confirm they received the introduction: no charge. There is no monthly fee, so there is no prepayment to refund.

30-second registration

Matching is only between a registered landlord and a registered client. Public listing sources, including Midland and Centaline catalogs, are extra matching context only. They are not a cold-call list. Registration is sent through WhatsApp 9739 8018. This page does not add a database.

Who it is for

Who it is for

Landlords

You have a property to sell or let, and you want introductions that match the district, budget, and bedrooms you wrote down. If nobody fits, there is no charge.

Who it is for

Buyers and tenants

You want a property by district, budget, bedrooms, and sale or rent. An unfinished introduction is not an extra charge. The public catalog lists sales only. A letting is written in the enquiry.

How it works

  1. 1

    Write the brief

A landlord states sale or letting, district, budget, and when a viewing is possible. A client states district, budget, bedrooms, and sale or rent.

  2. 2

    Match the brief

Matching stays inside that brief. Sale records can be checked against this site’s catalog. Lettings are not in the catalog; they stay in the enquiry.

  3. 3

    Confirm the result first

When a qualified enquiry, confirmed viewing, or successful introduction happens, you see the definition and the written confirmation before that fee is discussed.

  4. 4

    One fee

One introduction is charged once, at the highest result reached. The fees are not added together. If there is no result, the charge is HK$0.

What counts as a billable result

Each result needs a written confirmation. The price is a flat fee for that result. It is not a percentage of price or rent, and it is not an estate-agency commission.

One introduction is charged at the highest result reached. A confirmed viewing is not also billed as a qualified enquiry. A successful introduction is not also billed for the earlier two.

This page has no online checkout. After a result is confirmed, that line is charged through the enquiry. If there is no result, there is nothing to refund: nothing was paid in advance, and there is no monthly fee.

How the fee works

  1. We are not Intercom, Fin, Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Their models are industry references only.
  2. This page is Hong Kong property matching between landlords and clients. It is not AI ticket resolution. USD per-resolution prices do not apply here.
  3. “Pay when it is done” applies only to the results written on this page. Browsing or registering alone is not billable unless this page says so.
  4. An outcome fee is not a substitute for Estate Agents Authority licensed agency work where the law requires it. If a transaction needs a licensed agent, appoint one separately and check the licence list. These prices are not commission, and they do not replace a commission that must be handled by a licensed agent.
  5. There is no promise that a tenant, buyer, or property will be found, and no promise of a completed deal. Matching can be assisted by tools. A person may confirm the result on WhatsApp 9739 8018 before a charge.
  6. Third-party views in the video, including a16z and comments on acquisitions, are not our financial advice and not a performance promise.
  7. The HKD figures on this page are indicative until confirmed in writing or on WhatsApp, and they can change. USD examples in the video (Fin about US$0.99 per resolution, Zendesk about US$1.50–2, Salesforce about US$2 per resolution, HubSpot about US$0.50 per completed task) are third-party examples and can change.

Not billed

If both sides have confirmed in writing that they received the introduction, and one side then goes quiet, the confirmed introduction stands. Only that fee is charged. It is not upgraded into a viewing or a completed deal. Going quiet is not a failure to do the work, and it is not an extra charge. A viewing without written confirmation, or one that is cancelled or missed, does not stand.

Other outcome fees, for context

These are fees described in public. The figures are the approximate amounts in those descriptions. They are not this page’s prices, and they are not a judgement of those businesses.

Hong Kong

  • PropBid Described publicly as a success fee of about HK$800 after a deal.
  • LetsGetHome Described publicly as AI matching, with a lower commission or a self-serve path.
  • Find My Home Described publicly as about 25% of commission on a successful introduction.

Elsewhere

  • Tallo Described publicly as about US$5 per qualified showing.
  • Renters.com Described publicly as about US$75 when a matched renter attends a showing.
  • LeaseLine Described publicly as a success fee when a sourced renter signs a lease.
  • CurbScout / SoldNest Some US agent networks are described publicly as paying a referral percentage at closing.

What this page is

A Hong Kong site in Traditional Chinese and English. Landlords and clients are matched both ways. No monthly fee: a charge happens only when a defined result is done. The units are an introduction or a booked viewing, confirmed by a person on WhatsApp 9739 8018 before any charge. It is not a monthly seat, and it is not a paid dump of unchecked enquiries.

Exposure fees, and this page

28Hse (香港屋網) is described publicly as charging for exposure: ordinary, top, golden, and premium listing fees of about HK$600–1,500, plus annual plans for agents, and as taking no commission. That is paying first for exposure. This page is not that model, and it is not 28Hse. Stating a brief or registering is not charged up front. A fee starts only after a matching result defined on this page. Landlords and clients both write their conditions; a result is when those conditions meet. You can say on WhatsApp if you want to hear about a later qualified match. Until there is a result, that is not an extra fee.

Market context / educational

This video is about subscriptions versus outcome-based pricing. It is market context, not a demo of 港樓智匯. US dollar figures in it are not our HKD prices. Playback uses YouTube’s own audio.

Reference video (YouTube)Fin’s published pricing (it can change)

Older software sells seats: a monthly fee for each person using the tool. Some support products now sell finished work. Published examples are about US$0.99 per resolution for Intercom Fin, about US$1.50–2 for Zendesk, about US$2 as Salesforce moves from conversations toward per resolution, and about US$0.50 per completed task for HubSpot. a16z has described this as software eating labor: software taking on the work, not only selling logins. Seats will not disappear overnight, and a hybrid fee is possible. A smaller business still has to ask what counts as a billable result, and what happens if the work is not finished. That is context from support software. It is not the price list on this page.

Questions

What is a result, and when is there a charge?

The price table lists the billable results: a qualified match, a booked viewing, and confirmed contact. For a landlord, that is a qualified interested person introduced, with contact confirmed or a viewing booked. For a client, that is a property that matches the brief, with a viewing arranged or a reply from the owner. Both sides must confirm in writing. Browsing, no reply, spam, a repeat introduction of the same person and property within 30 days, or someone going quiet before both sides confirm they received the introduction: no charge. A completed deal is not an extra line on this list.

Why is there no monthly fee? How is this different from seat SaaS?

A seat fee charges every month for each person using a tool. This page does not sell logins or chat seats. The party who asks for a match pays one HKD amount after one written result. One introduction is charged once, at the highest result reached, not once to the landlord and again to the client.

How is this different from Fin or Zendesk in the video?

Fin, Zendesk, Salesforce, and HubSpot in the video are support products: a resolved conversation or a completed task, priced in US dollars. This page is Hong Kong property matching. The unit is an introduction or a booked viewing, priced in HKD. We are not those companies, and their US dollar prices do not apply here.

What if matching fails, the client does not reply, or the introduction is a duplicate?

Tools can assist. If the result is not reached, there is no charge. That includes no reply, obvious spam, or someone going quiet before both sides confirm in writing that they received the introduction. The same person and property are not charged again within 30 days. If both sides already confirmed the introduction and one side then goes quiet, only that confirmed line is charged. It is not upgraded into a viewing or a deal. A cancelled or missed viewing does not stand.

Do I need a licensed estate agent, and what about commission?

In Hong Kong, introducing people for a property transaction is generally regulated under the Estate Agents Ordinance and may require an Estate Agents Authority licence. The fees here are not agency commission and do not replace work the law requires a licensed agent to do. If the transaction needs a licensed agent, appoint one separately and check the licence list yourself. Completing a deal does not add commission on this list.

How do I start?

WhatsApp 9739 8018. Say whether you are a landlord or a client, and include district, budget, and sale or rent. This page has no online checkout. If no written result is reached, the charge is HK$0.

What happens to personal data?

Contact details are exchanged only when both sides agree. Phone numbers are not placed on the public sale catalog. Enquiries go through WhatsApp 9739 8018. This page does not add a registration form and does not write the enquiry into the site’s other forms. To ask for access or correction, use the same WhatsApp. A short regulatory note is linked on this page.

The video says seat fees will not vanish overnight. Will you add a monthly fee later?

This page is outcome-priced now. There is no monthly fee. If a seat fee or a hybrid fee is introduced later, it will be written on this page first. It will not be changed quietly. Until that is written here, the charge is still only when a defined result is done.
