What does an owner registration for partial liquidity or a partnership structure mean?
It only records that you want those ideas explained, or that you hope for a later introduction by a licensed partner. This website does not manage funds, does not sell securities, and does not place the home on an investment list. An introduction is not promised and may never happen.
What does property RWA mean on this site?
It is a general description of residential tokenisation: an SPV holds a flat, a token records a fractional interest, and rental distribution and know-your-customer checks are discussed as concepts. This website is not carrying on a token arrangement.
Can I obtain a token or a security here?
No. This website does not sell tokens or securities, does not give investment advice, and has no token linked to a particular property.
Is the operator SFC-licensed?
No. This website and its operator are not licensed or registered by the SFC. Licensing status is what the SFC public register says.
Who could publish information later?
If information is published, it would be published only by an SFC-licensed intermediary to an eligible professional investor, under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and the SFC’s November 2023 tokenisation circulars. This website does not say that anything will be issued, and it does not say that information will in fact be sent.
What does registering interest for future information mean?
It only records that you want general information later. It is not a way to obtain a token or a security, it does not check whether you are a professional investor, and it is not an assurance of any offering.
Who is a professional investor?
The definition is in Schedule 1 to the Securities and Futures Ordinance and in the Securities and Futures (Professional Investor) Rules. The Rules use asset and portfolio thresholds, and those figures can be amended. This website does not decide whether you meet the definition.
What personal data do the forms collect?
The owner form collects name, phone or WhatsApp, estate or district, unit size, mortgage status, which topic you want (partial liquidity, a partnership structure, or educational material only), and what you want explained. The other form collects name, email or phone, and whether you describe yourself as a professional investor. See the collection statement on the form. Is this an estate agency appointment?
