The usual description is that a special-purpose company holds one residential unit. Company records and the title record are separate from any token record.
A token records a fractional interest
A token is used to record a fractional interest in that company or that unit. This website issues no token, and no token is available here.
Rental distribution is a concept
If the unit under discussion is rented, the concept is distribution by reference to the fractional interest. This website has no distribution arrangement and states no amount.
KYC in a licensed setting
Where a licensed intermediary is involved, people are normally asked to complete know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks. A form on this website is not that check and opens no account.
